1. Who provides Novaform
Novaform is provided by MB Makery, company code 307770736, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: support@novaform.pro. In these Terms, "Novaform", "we" and "us" mean MB Makery.
These Terms apply to everyone who visits, signs up for or uses the Novaform website, its design tools and related services.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Novaform complies with applicable law and that any registration or account information you provide is accurate. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account credentials.
You must be 18 or older to buy a plan.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Novaform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with normal operation, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to create content that infringes rights or violates law.
- Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.
- Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Novaform to violate privacy, intellectual property, or platform safety rules.
4. Your content, results and the licence you give us
You retain responsibility for the photos, sketches, prompts, and instructions you submit. Because AI-generated results can vary, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for creative, commercial, or construction-related decisions.
We claim no ownership of your uploads or of the results made from them. You give us a limited licence to process your uploads only to provide the service to you: to send them to the image engine that creates your result and to return that result to you. We do not keep your uploads after your result is returned (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Intellectual property
Novaform and its branding, software, interface, and site design remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Novaform service or underlying technology to you.
6. Availability and changes
Novaform may update, suspend, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or permanent feature availability.
7. Plans, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal
On the website, Novaform offers a Monthly plan at €19 per month and a Yearly plan at €77 per year, paid by card through Stripe. MB Makery is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Automatic renewal: plans renew automatically at the end of each period (every month or every year) until you cancel, and the plan price is charged again for the next period. If we ever change the price of your plan, we tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel first.
- Cancel any time: e-mail support@novaform.pro, or sign in and use "Manage web subscription". Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the purchase, without giving a reason, by e-mailing support@novaform.pro or by any other clear statement. At checkout you ask Novaform to start your plan immediately, so if you withdraw we refund the price you paid minus the days already used, in proportion to the plan period. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used.
- Other refunds: outside the withdrawal period, cancelling stops future payments, but the current period is not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
- App purchases: purchases in the Novaform Android app are billed, renewed and cancelled through Google Play, under Google Play's terms.
- Plans include fair-use limits (section 10), for example up to 160 renders a day per account. Displayed plan comparisons and value statements are informational and do not create a right to future discounts, promotions or grandfathered pricing.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Novaform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaform disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, generated outputs, or reliance on AI-assisted ideas.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions as the product evolves. The current version and its date are shown in section 10. When a change matters, we ask you to agree again before you continue using paid or costly features; until you agree, those features stay paused for your account. If you do not agree, you can cancel your plan as described in section 7.
10. Fair use and automated access
Novaform is for people, used through our website and app. You may not use bots, scripts or other automated tools to create accounts, send requests or generate images, and you may not share or resell your account.
Limits apply: each plan has limits, and we also limit how many requests one address, account or device can make in a period of time, to protect the service and keep it affordable. When a limit is reached the service tells you clearly and you can try again later.
The service as a whole also has a daily capacity limit; if it is reached, new renders pause until the next day (midnight UTC) and we tell you when to try again.
We may slow down, pause or suspend accounts that use automation, circumvent limits or abuse the service, and we may refuse service to protect other users.
Version of these terms: 2026-10-11. When we change them in a way that matters, we ask you to agree again before you continue using paid or costly features.
11. Termination
Novaform may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal rights, including in cases of misuse, nonpayment, abuse, or suspected violation of these terms.
You can stop using Novaform at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country or of Lithuania.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@novaform.pro so we can try to fix it. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt).
