2. Acceptable use
You may use Novaform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with normal operation, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to create content that infringes rights or violates law.
- Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.
- Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Novaform to violate privacy, intellectual property, or platform safety rules.
3. User content and generated outputs
You retain responsibility for the photos, sketches, prompts, and instructions you submit. Because AI-generated results can vary, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for creative, commercial, or construction-related decisions.
4. Intellectual property
Novaform and its branding, software, interface, and site design remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Novaform service or underlying technology to you.
5. Availability and changes
Novaform may update, suspend, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or permanent feature availability.
6. Payments and paid features
If Novaform offers paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or premium tools, the applicable pricing, billing rules, and plan details presented at the time of purchase will apply. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise.
- Paid access may be offered on subscription or annual plan terms. Current in-product pricing may include a monthly plan at $18 and a yearly plan at $99, as presented at the time of purchase.
- Displayed plan comparisons and value statements are informational pricing displays and do not create a fixed right to future discounts, promotions, or grandfathered pricing.
- Novaform may apply fair-use throttling or temporary traffic controls to preserve platform reliability, reduce abuse, and protect service quality for other users.
- By activating or continuing a paid plan, you accept that Novaform may slow render throughput, temporarily queue requests, or apply short-term access controls when needed for operational stability.
- If fair-use throttling or temporary traffic protection is triggered, Novaform may show an in-product notice or API response explaining that renders are being temporarily slowed and when to try again.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Novaform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaform disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, generated outputs, or reliance on AI-assisted ideas.
8. Termination
Novaform may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, users, or legal rights, including in cases of misuse, nonpayment, abuse, or suspected violation of these terms.
9. Governing updates
We may revise these Terms & Conditions as the product evolves. Continued use of Novaform after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated version.
